PREPAID TICKETS
In this case tickets are received at the point of departure without paying for them there.
GLAT can prepay tickets through airlines or through its own network. Except for the so-called Market Fare, any tariff can be prepaid. The related rules and fees (usually a fixed amount) are determined by the given airline company. The fees of prepaid tickets must be paid together with the price of the ticket.

TICKET RE-CONFIRMATION

Of course, all tickets booked afresh by us are automatically re-confirmed and we also re-confirm the tickets issued elsewhere at less charge; within a day or two .

TICKET CANCELLATION
The price of tickets already issued but subsequently cancelled are refunded pursuant to airline and IATA (International Air Transport Association) rules in force. GLAT's travel consultants call travelers' attention to any special conditions regarding the discounted tickets.

GROUP RESERVATION
In the case of group reservation, airlines determine the deadline and the amount of the deposit to be paid. The conditions of the cancellation are also given by the airlines.

FREQUENT FLYER CARDS
We monitor the number of frequent flyer cards of our corporate partners. When an air ticket reservation is made, these numbers are transferred to the airline's computer system. We provide frequent flyers with application forms, necessary to frequent flyer programs. However, travelers must check their bonus points themselves. It is advisable to keep the air ticket coupons for one year after the traveling because they are the only proof of the flight.

PASSPORT
We also extend our service to those who need to apply for passport afresh, renew and/or make addition/deletion to passports we assist them to do so in our office itself  in promptly and efficiently and thus avoiding them making tedious trip to Trichy or Madurai and queuing up under the scorching sun .

NOC/VISA
We assist to obtain NOC/ECNR from Indian Government    for those who wish to travel abroad and also we arrange visit visa for various countries

DOCUMENT CLEARANCE

We arrange document clearance of all visit/employment visa documents and attestation of Degree, Diploma, Birth and Marriage Certificates at Embassies/Consulates applicable to
